Can someone else use my ticket if I can’t make it?
Yes! If your ticket is a screenshot or email, we can scan it—just make sure the barcode is clearly visible.
What if I bought my ticket through StubHub?
Please be cautious. We can’t guarantee entry for tickets purchased through third-party resellers like StubHub. If the barcode has already been used or doesn’t scan, you may not be admitted.
When does the box office open?
Our box office opens 30 minutes before doors.
Do you accept cash at the box office?
We’re a cashless venue. You can buy tickets at the door using a QR code that links to our ticketing system.
